The 2016 Domaine de Cristia Blanc is a wonderful blend of Roussanne, Clairette, and Bourboulenc. It opens to pretty aromatics of ripe pear, quince, crushed almonds, jasmine flowers, honeysuckle, citrus and salinity, all making for a complex profile. On the palatit is clean and focused with a rich, round texture. Flavors of ripe orchard and tropical fruits continue to persist and linger on the delicious finish.
