The Cuvèe Paule Courtil is primarily Grenache, made from the estates oldest vines. It has alluring aromas of raspberry, dark chocolate, loamy soil, wild herb, white pepper and violet. It has a nice texture with a racy iron core complemented by dark and red berries. The finish is long and spicy. This is appealing today but will likely need another 1-2 years of bottle age before it begins to show its best.
