Concentrated fruit, blueberry compote, dried lavender, and black cherry cola on the nose. An odd progression on the palate, rather like an apple shaped person. Very little fruit on the attack. A big whoosh of blackberry and plum and acid on the mid palate. Followed by a quick drop off the ledge to slightly bitter finish.
