The 2018 'Cuvée Mathilde' begins with aromas of raspberries and dried red berries which are woven together with smoldering tobacco and white pepper nuances that all take shape. On the palate this is medium-bodied with silky tannins and nice overall balance leading into the sappy finish. Showing well today and should offer a short-term drinking window.
