The Charles Clement Brut Tradition 'a Colombe le Sec' is composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Meunier. It opens to a bouquet of apples, lemon, sourdough toast and hints of crushed jasmine and stones. Lithe and light on its feet, with a fine the mousse backed lovely acidity and a mineral character that persists through the finish.
