Showing striking purity and class, this gorgeous Blanc de Blancs begins with aromas if sliced apples, sweet lemon, blossoms and crushed stones. On the palate this displays remarkable balance and precision with a radiant texture that makes it nearly impossible to resist. The 2012 is nothing short of drop-dead stunning and it is another simply brilliant vintage ading to the string of remarkable releases from Pierre Péters.
