The 2015 Blanc de Blancs is produced with grapes harvested from selected parcels on the hillside that faces the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil sur Oger. This gorgeous champagne impresses with its striking elegance, purity and crystalline character. It opens to beautiful aromas of lemon oil, asian pear, white flowers, white peach, chalky minerals and a subtle hint of toast which all unwind beautifully in the glass. This displays remarkable precision and finesse with a core of ripe stone fruits which are framed by a stunning combination of acidity and minerality which is in perfect balance through the finsh. This should go on to drink beautifully for a decade.
