The Robert-Grandpierre Champagne instantly opens with aromas of baked apple and pear followed by lemon zest, white flowers, chalky minerals and a touch of toast. It offers a gorgeous mouthfeel backed by a lovely mousse and a nice touch of acidity which carries on through the finish. This is showing well today and should continue to do so over the next few years.
