Lovely aromas and flavors of baked apple, toast, chalky minerals and crushed almonds all come together in the gorgeous Blanc de Blancs. This shows wonderful focus and balance with a fine mousse and enough acidity to keep it fresh and inviting through the mineral driven finish.
