The 'Cœur d’Ebene' is a gorgeous blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from Philippe Prié. It instantly opens with pretty aromas of Asian pear, lemon, jasmine, crushed almond and a touch of toast all wrapped around a beautiful core of chalky minerals. This continues to impress with its elegance, purity and lovely fine texture as it remains focused all the way through the clean, bright finish.
