The Brut Rosé from Philippe Prié is a flat-out delicious Champagne with a deep pink color. This delighful blend of 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay bursts open with pretty aromas of freshly sliced strawberries, rose petal, cherry blossom, and hints of brioche. On the palate this is well balanced with a core of sweet red fruit which resonate onto the fresh finish. A wonderful Rosé that totally delivers. Disgorged: December, 2014.
