The NV Perrier-Jouët "Grand Brut" is a fantastic effort from this estate. This very dry Champagne opens with aromas of toasted hazelnuts, unripe pear and brioche. There are flavors of Meyer lemon rind, marzipan, kumquat and hints of Japanese pear. The mousse makes this excellent and refreshing bottling beautifully vibrant. (Best 2016-2022) - June, 2016 (OB)
