This excellent Rosé Champagne starts with aromas of brioche, red cherry, and guava. There are bright flavors of watermelon, red cherry, and Mandarin orange rind. The citrus aspect adds to the astringency, as the salinity of the wine rounds out the long-lasting finish. The mousse is lovely as is the creamy texture and lithe minerality.
