The Reserve Brut was aged for 3 years prior to bottling and was given 10 g/l dosage. The aromatics are distinctly nutty, with roasted hazelnut alongside brioche and Gala apple. It possesses wonderful tension mid-palate weight, as the silky mousse impresses. Macadamia nut, brioche, Asian pear and starfruit flavors connect with lovely salinity. This is an excellent value and is drinking beautifully now. (Best 2017-2026) - October, 2017 (OB)
