The 2009 Château de Ribebon offers notes of dark cherries and plums followed by barnyard, tar, spice, soy sauce, with hints of anise and even some fresh mineral on the tail end. This has a soft supple mouth feel and a smooth transition into the finish where the dark fruits grip hold of your palate. 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc.
