The 2018 Ventoux begins with lovey fresh aromas of cherries and dark raspberries which come together with spices, lavender and hints of mineral nuances. On the palate this possesses a medium body with a fresh core of ripe red fruit that are framed by lovely touch of acidity. Shows wonderful balance and verve all the way through the finish. 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah.
