A New World style from Mosel Valley with more petrol aromas in youth than expected, not unlike Australian Riesling. A better flavor palate reveals on first sip. Due to a very fine balancing act, this medium dry wine serves up a pleasant tartness, like a ripe apricot with a healthy squeeze of Meyer lemon. Mineral notes add just enough sophistication to this otherwise simple yet delightful sipper. Great with spicy sweet dishes, you won’t have trouble finishing the bottle.
