The 2015 Rüdesheimer Berg Rottland Spätlese opens to inviting aromas of lime, passion fruit, stony minerals, white floral, dried herbs, white tea and some dusty notes, which all come together and burst from the glass. On the palate this is simply divine, as it displays gorgeous balance and finesse, with a seamless texture and just enough underlying acidity to add freshness to what is the already delicious flavor profile.
