This estate has been owned by the Schneider family for seven generations and encompasses 15 hectares (37 acres)in Nierstein. In the estate only 40% is devoted to Riesling. This wine begins with aromas of petrol, crushed wildflowers and wet stone with unripe pear. There are flavors of white peach, orange blossom, Key lime and crushed gravel alongside lovely minerality. Balanced and bright, this is a refreshing style of Kabinett Riesling.(Best 2016-2025) - April, 2016 (OB)
