The 2015 Gimmeldingen Riesling Kabinett is a beautiful showing which instantly grabs your attention with its attractive aromas of fresh white peach, lime blossoms and mineral notes all taking shape in the glass. On the palate this demonstrates wonderful concentration, balance and focus with a gorgeous mouthfeel and succulent finish. While this is simply delicious now, I expect this to evolve nicely over the next decade. (Best 2017-2026) - February, 2017 (JD)
