The 2015 'Collenottolo' opens to aromatics of blackberries, plums and cherries along with cedar, licorice, fresh minerals, dried spices, leather and tobacco nuances that all take shape. On the palate this possesses a medium-plus body that is well-structured and balanced. The finish streches out nicly, picking up some spices and leather notes. This is approachable now but can also withstand additional cellaring.
