The 2014 La Togata Brunello di Montalcino is a fantastic showing in this vintage. It instantly begins to impress with aromas of ripe strawberries and black cherries which are laced with tea leaf and hints of myrtle which add additional complexity. This medium-bodied with velvety tannins and pretty finish laced with fresh fruits that shows nice length. A wonderful Brunello to approach young or watch evolve over the course of the next decade.
