The 2014 Cava d'Onice is a wonderful showing from the vintage. Offering ripe aromas with prune, figs and hibiscus flowers which all take shape beautifully in the glass. Showing wonderful overall balance with slightly dry tannins which lead up to the fruity finish. This is a fantastic Brunello which will be accessible in its youth.
