The 2014 Caprili Brunello di Montalcino absolutely fantastic showing in the vintage from Giacomo Bartolommei. This begins to impress with its pretty aromas of fresh sliced strawberries, black plums and black currant that come together with an intense note of smoke in the background. Tis possesses a gorgeous texture with solid and compact tannins and ending with a warm and enveloping finish. This is a beautiful wine from Caprili in this difficult vintage.
