The 2015 Aisna Brunello di Montalcino opens to pretty aromas of sweet red berries and plums along with exotic spices, licorice, citrus peel, fresh floral and hints of juniper that all come together beautifully. On the palate this possesses a medium body, which is structured around silky tannins that frame the juicy core. While this is certinaly appealing today, it will only become more compelling as it evolves over the next few years.
