The 2015 Tenuta Friggiali Brunello di Montalcino is excellent. Displaying an exuberant character in the glass, with intriguing aromatics of red plums, sandalwood and meat that all come together and emerge from the glass. On the palate this possesses a full body, with soft velvety tannins and remarkable balance through the compact finish. This is already quite impressive, however short bottle aging will allow this to show even more complexity.
