January, 2012 - The 2006 La Rasina Brunello di Montalcino shows intense aromas of blackberry, floral, spice and some charred cedar. Full-bodied and focused with firm tannins and a beautiful long chewy finish. This Brunello is more on the modern side. Needs a bit more time in the cellar to soften up. (Drink 2014-2026) - JD
