This Brunello offers wonderful aromas led by black raspberries and plums, woven together with porcini, freshly cut floral, juniper and minerals. The medium-full body is supported by fine silky tannins which are well integrated and make for a gorgeous seamless texture. It remains focused and balanced with lovely finesse all the way through the long, spice-tinged finish. This is constantly evolving with each second in the glass and I expect it to continue to do so over the course of the next decade. (Best 2016-2028) - February, 2015 (JD)
