The 2014 Rocche dell’Annunziata is a gorgeous Barolo which begins with pretty aromatics of freshly sliced strawberries and cherries woven together with spices, spring florals and minerals which all come together beautifully in the glass. It continues to impress with its wonderful purity and elegance, along with excellent balance from start to finish. While this is extremely appealing today, this should continue to evolve nicely over the next few years.
