The 2012 Cannubi-Boschis Barolo is a simply gorgeous wine which is all about elegance as it slowly unwinds to pretty aromas of fresh strawberries and cherries along with rose petals, eucalyptus and spices all coming together in the glass. On the palate this is refined and beautifully structured with ultra-fine tannins leading into the long, tight griping finish. While this is still quite youthful today, the structure and purity of fruit indicates its remarkable potential to age for many years to come. (Best 2022-2036) - December, 2016 (JD)
