The Etna Bianco is another great offering from Giovanni Rosso. It begins with attrative aromas of ripe apple, honeysuckle, pear, straw and fresh white flowers. It has a lovely creamy texture balanced which is balanced nice acidity and minerality on the finish. This is fantastic Bianco which is drinking beautifully today.
