The 2020 Le Sabbie dell'Etna Bianco is composed of Carricante and Catarratto. This begins with fresh, clean aromas of sliced apple, dried herbs, floral blossom and saline minerals, which all begin to take shape in the glass. The palate is textured and displays a wonderful combination of fruit, minerality and acidity, resulting in a beautifully balanced wine. This is absolutely delicious right now, however it will also be interesting to see this with another year or two of bottle age.
