The 2020 Etna Rosso shows an inviting aromatic profile of cherries and strawberries which are laced with crushed stones, florals and spices. On the palate this is elegant and beautifully structured with a wonderful combination of acidity and minerality that persists through the finish. While this is absolutely delightful today, it also has the potential for some short-term cellaring.
