The 2004 Masseria is an old-world, traditional Barbaressco with pretty aromas of ripe strawberry, mineral, figs, dried floral and dried earth which lead the way. Tightly wound with fine tannins and a long, chewy finish. This is an elegant, age-worthy Barbaresco wine and needs much more time.
