The 2004 Sorì Tildìn is a dazzling Nebbiolo. Elegant and graceful with pretty aromas of bing cherries, raspberry, licorice, smoke, tar, dried violets and just a hint of chocolate emerging after extended air contact. This is fresh and clean, demonstrating remarkable finesse and structure, tightly wrapped in fine, silky tannins. It finishes up ultra-long and chewy, leaving behind gorgeous flavors of red fruits and smoky notes. Even after a decade this is still showing its youthful side, only beginning to reach its full potential with so much life ahead. (Best 2014-2030) - January, 2014 (JD)
