The 2007 San Valentino is a gorgeous showing from Paolo Bea. Clean and fresh with gorgeous aromas of sweet black fruits, crushed lavender and pure mineral. Rock solid structure and silky on the palate. The finish is long and chewy. Another lovely wine from Paolo bea which should contine to evolve a decade or more. (Best 2012-2022) - JD
