The 2016 Nebbiolo d’Alba begins with aromas of dried cherries and strawberries woven together crushed stones, exotic spices and dried rose petals. Medium-bodied with soft, fine-grained tannins and lovely overall balance. Shows a beautiful mineral streak through the finish. This is pretty Nebbiolo that is drinking well today, but should continue to develop nicely over the next five years.
