The 2017 Chianti Classico Riserva opens up with an inviting nose, showing classic aromas of black cherry, dark berries, plum, leather, earthy minerals and dried flowers. The palate is medium-bodied and it possesses a beautiful texture with lovely overall balance. While this is accessible today it should go on to flourish over the next decade.
