This 100% Pigato is fresh and clean with pretty notes of lemon zest with hints of vanilla blossom, flinty mineral and melon. Focused, with gorgeous bright acidity. Would love to pair this with shellfish. (Best 2013-2014) - February, 2013 (JD)
