Sunday, October 16, 2011 - Beautiful fresh crushed blackberry and black cherries mixed with floral, licorice and some cedar chips. Ripe and juicy with a solid structure and firm tannins. Finish has good length and brings on more fresh black fruits. It could use a bit more time in the cellar or a good decant. 70% Sangiovese and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. (Drink 2012-2020) - JD
