The 2015 ‘Belcore’ is an outstanding showing which is composed of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Merlot. It delivers aromas of dark cherries dried fig, blackberries along with leather, and tobacco all jumping from the glass. On the palate this is well structured around fine-grained tannins and nicely balanced as it heads into the lingering, finish.
