The 2011 Bruno Giacosa Dolcetto d'Alba brings aromas of dusty minerals, freshly picked mushroom and floral wrapped in cherry and blackberry fruit. This full-bodied Dolcetto is well balanced and structured with lots of old-world charm. It was aged 4-6 month in stainless steel and another 2 month in bottle before release.
