The 2020 Zibibbo was sourced from Borgo Guarini Estate and Baglio Sorìa Estate in the Trapani countryside. It begins with fresh, clean aromatics of citrus, white peaches, tangerine, jasmine and crushed stones that all come together and burst from the glass. On the palate this is fresh and inviting with a wonderful combination of fruit flavors that are underlined by a lovely mineral streak that continues through the dry, stony finish.
