The ‘Le Serre Nouve’ is absolutely fantastic in 2011, bursting with dark cherries and cassis followed by spices, tar, licorice and a hint of spring floral. It possesses a gorgeous soft, velvery texture that is well structured and shows wonderful depth. This is a 'Le Serre Nouve' that will be very accessible early, however it also shows nice aging potential as well. Composed of 57% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petit Verdot and 12% Cabernet Franc. (Best 2015-2025) - July, 2014 (JD)
