This vivid Sauvignon Blanc opens with bright aromatics of kiwi, Jalepeno pepper, Meyer lemon and suggestions of crushed wildflowers. There are focused flavors of Meyer lemon oil, peach pit, white grapefruit oil and hints of white truffle. Complex and fat on the mid-palate, the texture of this wine is gorgeous and novel.
