The 2015 Douro Red from Quinta Do Ataide offers pretty aromas of red and blackberries and blueberries woven together with spring florals, spices, tobacco, dark chocolate and black pepper all unwinding in the glass. It has a medium-plus to full body and displays outstanding tannin structure along with with excellent balance and purity through the long finish. This is a delicious red and outstanding value. Drink over the next 5-7 years.
