This fantastic Cabernet Sauvignon from Stark-Conde begins with inviting aromas of black fruits, black tea, Asian spices and earthy nuances that fill the nose. The palate has well balanced with bright red fruits and underlying acidity and a streak of minerality that frame the smoke and damp earth flavors. This is excellent now but shoudl also continue to evolve over the next decade.
