The 2012 Rioja Reserva is deep, dark and seductive, and one of the most impressive young 'Reserva' bottings from Marques de Caceres which I have tasted in quite some time. On the palate this is absolutely sumptuous with copious dark fruit flavors, citrus rind and classic Rioja toasty oak parading with milk chocolate tones. Sexy and impossible to resist now, this gorgeous Rioja will have a long life in the cellar.
