As this Reserva slowly begins to open, it releases lovely aromas of red cherries, prune, baking spices and suggestions of black plum. Plush, modern and layered, there are rich flavors of red cherry, anise, black plum, pipe tobacco and hints of boysenberry cordial. This gorgeous effort from this estate will cellar beautifully for more than a decade. An excellent effort from the entire Caceres winemaking team on this fantastic, expressive bottling.
