This Albariño from Eladio Pineiro shows a beautiful greenish hue and reveals aromas of white flowers, kiwi and Pink Grapefruit blossom that evolve nicely once in the glass. The palate has wonderful freshness and astringency with lively minerals combining with green apple and green papaya with lemongrass flavors. This is absolutely delicious and ready to drink now.
